LAST GROUPS!

Welcome back to this humble blog!

This is the last entry of this long journey together. :')

The first group explained the topic: THERE IS AND THERE ARE!

I loved how they implemented different techniques for this lesson. Students even practiced writing and listening skills during this class by using worksheets and media to give this lesson.

For the second class, teachers taught about TIME!

Gaby opened this class! I'm so happy to see her again. She was wearing a funny hat for a purpose... She said that this class would be Alice in Wonderland themed!

The Class

Just like the last class, this lesson was focused on a review of the previous classes BUT with a different perspective.

Teacher Karla started her block by asking to the students about phrases about time such like: "El tiempo vuela"

In English, we have: Once in a while, time's up, waste of time, on the last minute, running late, etc...

I like that they not only write the phrases but the meaning of them. AND ALSO! They quoted some phrases from Alice in Wonderland! Good.

Reading Time!

The next block was introduced by Gus.

The teacher handed a paper were there was a fragment of Alice in Wonderland, so the students and the teacher read together along. The fragment mentioned many time-related phrases.

The class finished, and there was an special gift for the students!!

They did it very good... So we did.

Goodbye!

The very first thing that Group 4 did was explain the agenda. Good!  The warm up was LA PAPA CALIENTE ! A simple but effective activity. Jessica gave the instructures in Spanish for students' comfort.
